Business Development Lead

Own the pipeline that brings training engagements to PrimaCX, from first outreach to signed engagement, as part of a small, hands-on founding team.

  • Source and qualify prospective clients across NG and remote markets for CX audits, support coaching, AI-readiness training, and Microsoft 365 & Copilot training
  • Build outbound campaigns and nurture relationships with support, ops, and customer experience leaders
  • Own the proposal-to-close process working directly with the founders
  • Maintain a clean pipeline and report on pipeline health, conversion, and revenue
